Heavenly Sweets by L.A.was formed by business partners Luana Alapa and Allison Galdeira(thus the initials L.A.) who found they each possessed a passion for designing "themed parties" for their family and friends. Upon discovering their mutual passion for event planning and decor, they combined their talents and business sense to create their company called Heavenly Sweets by L.A.
